The Bubble Bus provides a range of programmes for children aged 0 to 12 years, including early childhood education, creative workshops, and holiday clubs. These services are available upon successful enrollment and payment of fees.

3. Enrollment & Registration

3.1. Eligibility: Parents or guardians must be at least 18 years old to enroll their child in any programme at The Bubble Bus.
3.2. Registration Fee: A one-time registration fee of €360 per child is required at the time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.
3.3. Required Documents: Parents must submit necessary documents, including proof of age and immunisation records, before their child can attend any programme.
3.4. Program Availability: Enrollment in any programme is subject to availability. The Bubble Bus reserves the right to limit the number of participants per session.
3.5. Termination: The Bubble Bus reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of a child if it deems that the child’s participation may harm the child, other children, or the staff.

4. Payment & Pricing

4.1. Fees: The fees for each programme are detailed on the Pricing page of the website. Fees may vary depending on the specific programme and schedule chosen.
4.2. Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full before the start of each programme. Late payments may result in the cancellation of the enrollment.
4.3. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as indicated on the website.
4.4. Refunds & Cancellations:

• Registration Fee: Non-refundable.

• Programme Fees: Refunds for programme fees are available only if cancellations are made at least 14 days before the start of the programme. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or late cancellations. 4.5. Full-Week Tiger Adventures: If booking for a full week, the total fee of €400 (mornings only) must be paid in advance.

5. Operating Hours

The Bubble Bus is open from 8:45 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We may close during public holidays, special events, or due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a closure, parents will be notified in advance whenever possible.

6. Health & Safety

6.1. Health Protocols: We adhere to strict health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of all children. Parents are required to keep their child at home if they are unwell or contagious.
6.2. Accidents & Emergencies: In the event of an accident or emergency, parents will be contacted immediately. If necessary, emergency services will be called.
6.3. Immunisation: Proof of up-to-date immunisation is required for all children attending The Bubble Bus. Failure to provide this may result in the cancellation of enrollment.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Respect for Others: All children and parents are expected to treat staff, other children, and families with respect. Disruptive behavior, including bullying or physical harm, will not be tolerated.
7.2. Parental Responsibilities: Parents must ensure that all personal information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Any changes in contact information, health, or family status must be reported to The Bubble Bus promptly.
7.3. Dismissal from Programmes: The Bubble Bus reserves the right to remove a child from any programme if the child’s behavior is harmful or disruptive, or if the parent fails to comply with these Terms.
